General Delivery Information for all orders
We can only deliver to any town or town land listed on our website order form.
We cannot guarantee deliver of any items on the same day as ordering.
Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
The only information sent with the gift is the personal message card. We don't pass on any other details at all and don't send out an invoice or receipt.
Flowers sent to schools, military & business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution.
Credit Card Security
La Fleuriste accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, UnionPay.
This site uses the Dojo for online credit card transactions. Dojo is an online payment platform that accepts and process payments online. Credit card details are captured within the Dojo secure platform, and no card details are stored on your computer or computers belonging to La Fleuriste. Substitution Policy
In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, La Fleuriste reserves the right to substitute any product with any other type of equal quality and value. Product images may differ from actual product appearance. If a particular product is out of stock, we may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
